Many international professionals and expats living in Paris look for therapy in English. Some search therapy in English in Paris, others type English speaking therapist Paris or even therapy near me when they feel overwhelmed and need support quickly.
Speaking in a familiar language allows people to explain emotions, trauma, stress and personal difficulties more clearly.
Living abroad can bring opportunities, but also emotional pressure. Work responsibilities, cultural adaptation, distance from family and the constant need to adjust to new environments can affect emotional balance.
Therapy offers a stable space where you can slow down, explore what you are experiencing and regain clarity.

I am a therapist in the Person Centred Approach developed by Carl Rogers.
I hold a five year diploma in "Psychotherapy in the Person Centred Approach" accredited by the FF2P, the French Federation of Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis.
I am a member of AFP-ACP, the French association for the Person Centred Approach, and a member of EFT International.
In addition to my core psychotherapy training, I am certified in several complementary approaches including
EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques ,called often Tapping
NLP: Neuro Linguistic Programming
IET : Integrated Energy Techniques ( a blend of EFT, NLP and Ericksonian hypnosis)
IEMT: Integral Eye Movement Technique
Sophrology
These approaches support emotional regulation, trauma integration and identity work in a structured and respectful way.

My work belongs to the field of psychotherapy and emotional support.
I am not part of the medical system and I do not provide psychiatric or medical diagnosis.
Sessions focus on emotional awareness, regulation of stress responses and integration of difficult life experiences.
The therapeutic relationship creates a confidential and structured space where people can explore their emotions, thoughts and experiences safely.

A significant part of my work focuses on highly sensitive people.
Many highly sensitive individuals are intelligent, capable and responsible professionals. They often work in demanding environments and carry important responsibilities.
From the outside they appear competent and successful. Inside they often feel misaligned with their deeper identity.
They may experience
emotional overload
constant overthinking
difficulty setting boundaries
pressure linked to responsibility
chronic stress
a feeling of being different from others
Therapy helps highly sensitive professionals understand their sensitivity, regulate their nervous system and reconnect with their authentic identity.
Sensitivity is not treated as a weakness. Instead it becomes a dimension that can be understood, integrated and stabilised.

Some people seek therapy after difficult life experiences.
These experiences may include
relationship trauma
emotional dependency
grief and loss
experiences of violence or aggression
accidents or sudden life events
childhood experiences that continue to influence adult life
Trauma does not always appear as one dramatic event. Sometimes it develops gradually through repeated emotional experiences.
Through approaches such as IEMT, EFT and person centred psychotherapy, therapy can support the integration of traumatic experiences and reduce their emotional intensity.
The goal is not to erase the past, but to help the nervous system process what has been lived and allow the person to move forward with more stability.
In addition to my professional training, I also understand the experience of living abroad from a personal perspective.
I have lived and worked in different countries both as a therapist and as an executive before dedicating myself fully to psychotherapy.
Living and working internationally helped me understand the emotional challenges that many expats face while building a life and career abroad.
Moving between cultures, adapting to new environments and maintaining professional performance can create invisible emotional pressure.
This personal experience allows me to understand these dynamics more deeply.

Individual therapy sessions last fifty minutes and follow a regular therapeutic format.
Sessions are available:
online
in person in Paris 20
Online sessions allow people living outside Paris or in other countries to access therapy in English.
For people who want to work more intensively on specific situations, I also offer a deeper therapeutic format within the Versione 2.1 intensive programme. This format combines elements of psychotherapy, coaching and sophrology in a structured process designed to support emotional regulation, trauma integration and identity alignment.
Sessions in the intensive programme usually last between seventy and ninety minutes, allowing more time to explore complex emotional patterns and deeper personal transitions.
In addition to individual therapy I also offer couples therapy. This includes intercultural couples who want to work in English, French or Italian.
I also facilitate small therapeutic groups focused on emotional awareness, relationships and personal development.
